| 摘 要： | 对青海三所高校在校藏族男女大学生进行了关于参与体育活动的态度
问题的调查,结果显示,藏族大学生的体育态度从年级到性别上有许多共性。他们
都注重健康、社交、审美等功能。而在体育对精神解脱及体育运动中给人愉悦刺
激等功能方面认识不够。同时藏族男女大学生在参与体育活动的态度上也有一些
差异之处,如男生注重社交,而女生首先注重健康等。从总体来看藏族大学生在参
与体育活动时,对体育价值的认识程度,体育意识还有很大的不足,应在今后的体
育教学中予以重视。

| Abstract: | After an investigation toward the male and female Tibetan undergraduate students in three universities in Qinghai regarding their attitude for participating in sports activities, the author believes that the Tibetan undergraduate students share a lot of similarities in their attitude for sports regardless of their grade and gender. They all pay much attention to the sport functions of health, social communication and aesthetics, etc. But they are still not quite aware of its other functions,such as the kind of spiritual freedom brought about by sports and the pleasure and excitement given by sports activities. It is noted there is a slight difference in their attitude for sports between male and female Tibetan students. For instance, the male students regard social communication as very important, while the female students pay more attention to their health. On the whole, Tibetan undergraduate students have not fully realized sports and its value when participating in sports activities, which should be noted especially in the teaching of physical education in the future. |
