| 摘 要： | 为了使用积分肌电阈（IEMGT）评价普通大众有氧运动能力，使用实验法，收集10名健康成年者蹬骑自行车过程中股直肌肌电、血乳酸和呼出气体的数据，将其转化为通气阈（VT）、乳酸阈（LT）和积分肌电阈（IEMGT）所对应的.↑VO2Peak%和.↑VO2，并进行比较。结果发现：通气阈、乳酸阈和积分肌电阈所对应的.↑VO2Peak%和.↑VO2两两之间没有显著性的差异，积分肌电阈与通气阈和乳酸阈之间存在较高的相关性，说明积分肌电阈（IEMGT）可能会成为一种无创伤地评价普通大众有氧运动能力的方法，但是由于积分肌电阈（iEMGT）的个体差异性，因此效度问题还需要进一步研究。
