| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对山东省体育传统校后备人才培养的影响因子进行分析，得出影响体育传统校后备人才培养的4类主要因子：管理因子、体制因子、效益因子、个人因子。

| Abstract: | The authors of this paper have analyzed the factors influencing the cultivation of talented athletes in the conventional schools of sports in Shandong Province by means of literature review, questionnaires and mathematical statistics and pointed out the four major factors that have influenced the cultivation of talented athletes, which include managing factor,system-related factor,effectiveness factor and personal factor. |
