优秀中长跑运动员的速度特点及其训练

摘    要:通过文献资料法、专家访问法和优秀中长跑运动员的数据统计,对当今中长速度特点及其训练进行研究得出:1)运动员的全程速度明显提高,呈现两头快,中间稍慢的速度特点;2)重视运动员的起始速度与最后冲刺速度的训练;3)通过增加无氧乳酸训练、混氧训练来提高运动员的途中跑速度和骨肉代谢能力;4)重视运动员的力量耐力训练;5)重视运动员的营养与恢复。

Abstract:Based on literature studies and interview with specilists and summarization of the data of the excellent athletes of the long and middle distance running training, this paper analyzes the speed characteristics and training in the long and middle distance running, main conclusions are as follows;1) The starting speed and last brushing speed is faster than the average running speed and the running speed is faster than ever; 2) Pay much attention to the training of starting speed and last brushing speed, especially the last brushing speed; 3) Developing running speed through increasing amount of anaerobic-endurance capacity and aerobic-anaerobic capicity;4)Pay much attention to strength endurance training; 5)Pay much attention to nutrition and recovery.
