| 摘 要： | 以声乐工作者为切入点,从身体综合素质、免疫机能、情绪心理、身体姿态、呼吸、年龄等方面探讨了该职业群体的机体生理特点和专业技能特点。并对该群体实施运动处方各要素的生理学基础进行分析,制定出运动处方样例。为职业群体运动处方的研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Taking vocal workers as subjects of research,the authors of this paper try to discuss the characteristics of physiology and professional skills of the vocal workers from the aspects of their physical qualities,immunity,psychic moods,body gestures,respiration and age.After analyzing the physiological essentials of exercise forms for this group,a sample of exercise form is prescribed and made up.And this can be of reference for the study of exercise forms prescribed for the occupational group. |
