| 摘 要： | 三级跳远运动是田径运动中技术比较复杂的项目之一，它要求运动员必须具有良好的运动素质和较高的技术水平。本文总结、归纳并分析了近些年来国内外对我国男子三级跳远运动的研究成果及现状。结果表明，近些年来国内外对我国男子三级跳远的研究从整体上讲较为分散零碎，缺乏整体系统性。主要表现在这些研究多从微观入手，过多关注的是运动学和动力学特征方面的分析，而对影响三级跳远成绩的训练负荷、训练方法与手段以及训练计划的研究少之甚少。研究对象与技术分析对象几乎全停留在八十年代、九十年代初我国运动员和国外优秀运动员，而对近十年国内优秀男子三级跳远运动员的技术现状分析等很多方面的研究不够全面，这几个方面有待于将来进一步深入的研究。

| Abstract: | Triple jump is one of the complicated sport events in track and field,which requires the jumpers to have good physical abilities and high-level techniques.This paper has summed up and studied domestic and overseas research results and present conditions of Chinese men's triple jump in recent years.It is indicated that these researches about Chinese men's triple jump are rather fragmentary and short of systematization,most of which over-emphasize on the analysis of kinematics and kinetics with the point of view of micro studies,while less attention is paid on the jumpers' training load,training methods and means and training plans which can influence the performance of triple jumpers.On the other hand,almost all the subjects under study and technical analysis are the elite jumpers from the 80s and 90s home and abroad,while researches on the technical analysis of present domestic elite jumpers and other areas are far from complete,and need to be studied further in the future. |
