| 摘 要： | 我国“十四五”时期正经历着世界百年未有之大变局,全球新一轮科技革命为2035年我国建成体育强国目标的实现提供了千载难逢的历史机遇,科技创新在助力我国体育高质量发展的同时也对创新人才产生了巨大的需求。科技创新对我国体育和高等体育教育的影响比以往任何时候都更加深刻。我国体育发展要立足新时代,把握新机遇,以新科技及其应用的新领域为依托,加强创新驱动,将新科技支撑体育消费作为我国体育新发展格局中的内生变量,以新科技加快我国体育治理体系现代化与治理结构开放与互联,以新科技引领我国竞技体育更好、更快、更高、更强地发展,以新科技赋能我国高等体育教育改革与发展。所有科技创新驱动无不以人才驱动为根本,而体育对创新人才的培养具有独特功能:能使人变得更聪明、更自信、更坚韧、更宽容、更有担当意识,培养青少年的好奇心、创新意识和创新能力。以体育助力我国创新人才成长,为科技革命浪潮下的中国体育发展奠定坚实的第一资源。

| Abstract: | China’s“14th Five Year Plan”period is experiencing unprecedented changes in the world,and a new round of global scientific and technological revolution provides a golden historical opportunity for the realization of China’s goal of building a sports power in 2035.Scientific and technological innovation not only helps the high-quality development of China’s sports,but also generates a huge demand for innovative talents.The impact of scientific and technological innovation on sports and higher physical education is more profound than ever before.China’s sports development should be based on the new era,seize new opportunities,rely on new science and technology and new fields of application,accelerate innovation drive,regard new science and technology supporting sports consumption as an endogenous variable in the new development pattern of China’s sports,accelerate the modernization of China’s sports governance system and the opening and interconnection of governance structure with new technology,lead the better,faster,higher and stronger development of competitive sports in China with new science and technology,and enable the reform and development of higher physical education in China with new science and technology.All scientific and technological innovation drives are based on talent drive,and sports has a unique function in cultivating innovative talents:it can make people smarter,more confident,more tenacious,more tolerant and more responsible,and cultivate young people’s curiosity,innovative consciousness and innovative ability.Sports will help the growth of innovative talents in China and lay a solid talent foundation for the development of Chinese sports under the wave of scientific and technological revolution. |
