活动计数在学龄前儿童体力活动强度诊断中最佳临界值的校准、验证与运用

摘    要:基于录像观察分析的视角,以儿童体力活动强度等级评价量表为工具校准并验证基于加速度计测量的活动计数在学龄前儿童体力活动强度诊断中的最佳临界值(简称切点),然后采用重复测量方差分析和频数分析等研究8种切点和6种采样间隔时间组合情况下不同强度体力活动的差异及相关推荐量的满足程度。结果:1)SB的切点为0~116次/15 s,LPA的切点为117~551次/15 s、MPA的切点为552~997次/15 s,VPA的切点为≥998次/15 s;2)SB、MVPA随着体力活动采样间隔时间的增加而减少,相反,LPA和TPA则随着采样间隔时间的增加而增加;3)6种采样间隔时间情况下,本研究切点和李堃切点在SB和TPA上的差异均不显著,其余切点在SB和TPA上均存在显著性差异;4)6种采样间隔时间情况下,8个切点在LPA上均存在显著性差异;5)采用1 s采样间隔时间时,Cauwenberghe切点和Evenson切点的MVPA未见显著性差异,采用60 s采样间隔时间时,ButtleVM切点和Buttle切点的MVPA未见显著性差异,其他采样间隔时间情况下不同切点之间的MVPA均存在显著性差异;6)MVPA推荐量满足情况随着采样间隔时间变长而下降,TPA推荐量满足情况随着采样间隔时间变长而上升。为此,当使用Actigraph加速度计测量中国学龄前儿童的不同强度体力活动时,建议国内学者选择本研究切点和15 s的采样间隔时间。

Abstract:From the perspective of video observation and analysis,CARS is used as a tool to calibrate and verify the best cut off value of the activity count based on accelerometer measurement in the preschool children's physical activity intensity diagnosis(referred to as cut point),then,using repeated measures analysis of variance and frequency analysis to explore the differences of physical activity of different intensities and the satisfaction of related recommended quantities under the conditions of 8 kinds of cut points and 6 kinds of sampling intervals.The results showed that:1)The cut points of SB,LPA,MPA and VPA were 0-116 counts/15 s,117-551 counts/15s,552-997 counts/15 s and≥998 counts/15 s respectively;2)SB and MVPA decrease with the increase of sampling interval of physical activity.On the contrary,LPA and TPA increase with the increase of sampling interval;3)Under the six sampling intervals,the difference between the cut point of this study and the Li cut point in SB and TPA was not significant,while the other cut points were significantly different in SB and TPA;4)Under the six sampling interval conditions,there are significant differences among the eight cutoff points on the LPA;5)When using the 1s sampling interval,there is no significant difference between the Cauwenberghe cut point and the Evenson cut point on MVPA.When using the 60 s sampling interval,there is no significant difference between the ButtleVM cut point and the Buttle cut point on MVPA.While under other sampling intervals,they all have significant differences on MVPA between different cut points.6)MVPA recommendation satisfaction decreased with the increase of sampling interval,while TPA recommendation satisfaction increased with the increase of sampling interval.Therefore,when using the ActiGraph accelerometer to measure different intensity physical activities of Chinese preschool children,it is recommended that domestic scholars choose the cut point of this study and the sampling interval of 15 seconds.
