运动对骨质疏松的影响

摘    要:本文综述了运动对骨质疏松的影响。随着世界人口老龄化, 骨质疏松已经成为影响老年人生活质量的重要疾病之一。由于它的高发病率及其所致骨折的高死亡率, 使得各国都在大力支持骨质疏松的研究。研究结果显示骨质疏松的预防较治疗更重要, 适宜运动强度的抗重力性运动可以有效地增加峰值骨量、减缓随年龄增长而发生的骨质疏松。

Abstract:This paper discuss the effect of exercise on osteoporosis. osteoporosis is one of the most important disease in elderly poeople. In recent years, much attention has been directed towatd the prevention of osteoporosis, since this disease has become a leading cause of morbidity and mortality in elderly women. Research demonstrated that the prevention of osteoporosis and osteoporosis-related fractures can best be achieved by initiating sound health behaviors early in life and continuing them throughout life. Regular physical activitiy, the adequate consumption of most nutrients and health behaviors contribute to greater bone mineral measurement and optimal peak bone mass. Evidence suggests that osteoporosis is easier to prevent than to treat. Exercise has been regarded as a policy in prevention of osteoporosis.
