| 摘 要： | 新的体育与健康课程标准颁布试行之后，给中小学体育与健康课程教学带来了许多全新的理念，同时却也给学校体育教师带来了困惑：体育课到底应该干什么？在对过去的做法批评反思、对新课程标准深入学习的同时，体育教师对现在体育课上究竟该做什么似乎更为茫然。本文运用文献资料、调查统计等方法对课程标准进行研究和学习，对体育课程教学提出建议：体育课上只应包含两方面内容：知识和技能学习；游戏或竞赛活动。

| Abstract: | The new standard of physical education brings many new ideas to P.E. class.At the same time,it also throws some puzzle to the teachers.What should we do in P.E. class?The physical education teachers are at loss about what should be doing in the class after studying the new standard and criticizing the old way.The article researches some data and proposes:the P.E. class should only embrace two piece of contents,the first one is learning acknowledge and skills,the second is games or competent. |
