| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对竞技体育后备人才培养模式中的"举国体制培养模式""温州模式""清华模式""丁俊晖模式"4种模式进行对比分析。重点在对从培养、投资、管理、模式特色4个维度进行系统分析的基础上,提出了竞技体育后备人才培养模式的整合策略应该以举国体制培养模式中的学校系统为整合对象,以三大体制改革为基本整合路径,实现4种模式协调发展的初级目标,建立结构合理、管理有序、效率优先、利益兼顾的多元支持与服务体系。
