补充大豆多肽对过度训练大鼠肠道免疫功能的影响及其机制研究

摘    要:为了建立过度训练大鼠模型,探讨大豆多肽对过度训练大鼠肠道免疫功能的干预作用及其机制。将大鼠随机分为对照组、过度训练组和大豆多肽干预组,9周后,检测各组大鼠小肠组织SOD、MDA和SIgA的含量以及小肠CD4+T、CD8+T细胞数量。结果发现:与对照组比较,过度训练组大鼠小肠组织中sIgA含量、CD4+T细胞数量、CD4+/CD8+比值显著下降,小肠CD8+T细胞数量显著升高;且小肠中SOD活性显著降低,MDA含量显著升高;与过度训练组相比,SPI干预组大鼠虽然小肠组织中sIgA含量没有显著差异,但CD4+T细胞数量、CD4+T/CD8+T的比值显著升高,CD8+T细胞的数量显著降低;且小肠SOD活性显著升高,小肠MDA含量显著降低。得出结论:过度训练组大鼠小肠SIgA含量降低和脂质过氧化产物增多,是过度训练导致肠道免疫功能降低的主要机制。补充SPI后,过度训练大鼠小肠组织CD4+T与CD8+T的数量得到改善且自由基清除能力增强,可能是补充SPI防止过度训练大鼠肠道免疫功能下降的主要机制。
