| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,对新疆高校少数民族体育教师职业倦怠和工作压力的状况进行研究,旨在了解新疆高校少数民族体育教师职业倦怠的总体状况和工作压力来源,以期引起社会、教育行政部门和学校对新疆高校少数民族体育教师职业倦怠状况的关注,并为相关部门制定缓解少数民族体育教师职业倦怠的措施提供参考依据。结果表明:目前新疆高校少数民族体育教师的职业倦怠程度整体上并不严重。主要表现为较高的情绪衰竭和较低的个人成就感。高校少数民族体育教师工作压力较大,在工作中感受到较高的来自科研、职业期望及自我发展的压力,同时还感受到相当程度的来自工作因素、组织气氛及学生因素的压力。
