| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、数理统计法,对国内(2009年中华人民共和国第十一届运动会田径比赛女子5 000m决赛跑前8名运动员)和国外(2009年柏林世界田径锦标赛女子5 000m跑前8名运动员)2组优秀中长跑运动员5 000m跑比赛进行分析,以400m为分段的分段成绩进行比较,为了便于进行深层次的分析,根据中长跑项目自身的规律以及研究对象的5 000m跑400m分段成绩曲线图的总体特征,将5 000m跑全程分为3个阶段进行分析:起始段为从起跑后800m;途中跑段国内外运动员均为3～11分段(800～4 400m);冲刺段国内外运动员均为12～13分段(最后600m)。找出我国运动员与世界优秀运动员存在的差距,建议我国运动员在中长跑项目上发展耐力水平的同时,应充分认识到项目的特点,重视对速度能力的提高,培养运动员在较高跑速下维持相对稳定速度的能力。同时为今后我国的女子中长跑训练提供一定的参考。
