| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济社会的快速发展,大型体育赛事的举办已成为提升城市建设水平的重要推动力,同时体育专业志愿者及其服务水平是衡量赛事影响力的关键因素之一。为此,作为培养体育专门人才的高等体育院校,首都体育学院在培养高水平体育赛事专业志愿者方面进行了积极探索,并形成了独具的特点。运用文献资料法、案例分析等研究方法,在总结首都体育学院近年来培养大型体育赛事志愿者成功经验的基础上,探讨高等体育院校以体育赛事为平台,促进人才培养质量的提升和实现社会服务职能的有效途径。
