| 摘 要： | CBA外籍球员引进确保了CBA联赛的竞争平衡和不确定性,基于促使CBA外籍球员引进更加合理、科学,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、比较分析法等研究方法对CBA外籍球员引进制度变迁的动因,CBA外籍球员引进方式和上场时间限制的变迁历程以及CBA外籍球员引进的变迁趋向进行了研究。CBA外籍球员引进的制度均衡与非均衡构成了制度变迁的动因,CBA外籍球员引进方式从"分散"交易到"集中"交易提高了资源的配置效率、降低了交易费用,缩短了外籍球员引进制度的准备期、提高了交易的专业化水平,有利于建设诚信体系、树立CBA品牌形象;2种引进方式超越了简单交易,形成了多种交易方式并存,"集中"交易、复杂交易比例增大的现实,并完成了从诱致性变迁到强制性变迁的转变,而外籍球员上场时间限制体现为对外籍球员使用有节次上的要求。
