| 摘 要： | 随着时代的发展,我国竞技体育后备人才培养理念的发展方向出现了新的变化。在"三级训练网"人才培养模式体现出种种不利于我国竞技体育人才培养的弊端的情况下,根据我国国情,提出树立"育人夺标"的思想,明确"以人为本"的理念,创造"开源广蓄"的渠道,达到"节能增效"的目的,形成"优化整合"的体系,"精兵之路"思想指导,重构我国竞技体育后备队伍培养体系。以教育系统依托,探索以管理机关为主导、通过"体教结合"培养竞技体育后备人才、建立社会办高级竞技队伍的体系,使人才培养走可持续发展道路是未来我国竞技体育后备人才培养的发展方向。
