| 摘 要： | 依据第35～37届体操世锦赛和第28届奥运会体操比赛实况录像,采用统计比较法、文献资料法和分析归纳法,系统分析当今世界女子平衡木成套动作编排的特征及发展趋向:采用低难度动作为上法,使用高难度的单个体操、技巧动作及“三个以上动作”构成的技巧(或体操与技巧的混合)“多连接串”,再结合“二连接”的“体／技(或相反)”和“体操(或技巧)”,并运用D组以上难度的“单空翻”或“三连接”的“空翻下”为下法,是当今世界女子平衡木优秀选手成套动作结构编排的主要特征。而选用腾空的“D D”以上高难度“技巧二连接”、发展C组难度以上“同一空翻”的“三连接”和开拓“单臂前手翻”系列动作的新连接等,将是新奥运周期女子平衡木技术发展的新动向。

| Abstract: | Based on the live video recording of the 35th -37th World Gymnastic Tournaments and the 28th Olympic Games, this paper, by means of statistic comparative method, literature reviews and analytical summary, has systematically analyzed the trend of women's balance beam and features of the arrangement of its whole-set of movements. It is the main characteristic that the designed movement structure is graded so that the topnotch athletes of the balance beam form a complete set of the modern times. That is to say,start with the movements of low degree of difficulty, finishing by using highly difficult individual gymnastic and skill movement, by using the skill consisting "more than three movements" (or the mixing of gymnastics and skill) which is called "more connections ",then by combining "two-connection"of"gymnastics and skill"(or the opposite) and "gymnastics (or skill )",and by using "a single somersault "or the "three connection "in which the degree of difficulty is above D group. However,it will be a new tendency of technical development of the balance beam of the neo-Olympic Games cycle for the athletes to choose a skill soaring movement of "two connections "in which the degree of difficulty is above "D D",to develop the "three connections" of "the same somersault" in which the degree of difficulty is above C Group and to create the new connection of series of movements of"leaping handspring of a single arm". |
