| 摘 要： | 外籍球员是CBA联赛中球员重要的组成部分,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法进行研究,探讨如何合理有效地引进和管理外籍球员,从而更加有利于CBA联赛的健康和可持续发展.对CBA联赛中外籍球员引进的发展历程;CBA联赛的经济背景、社会背景、竞技背景;外籍球员的引进模式以及影响外籍球员引进的因素进行分析研究.结论显示CBA联赛13个赛季以来外籍球员引进始终处在探索和试验的过程中,引进效率和球员质量在逐步提升;大量引进外籍球员对本土年轻球员的培养和军旅球队的冲击已经在联赛中有所凸显,需要引起管理部门和俱乐部的重视;扩展外籍球员的选择范围,除了引进欧美球员之外,可以引进部分优秀的亚洲球员,巩固和扩大CBA联赛在亚洲的领先地位;保持联赛在外籍球员引进和管理制度上的规范性、系统性和连续性对CBA联赛的发展至关重要.

| Abstract: | Foreign players are an integral part in the CBA League.By means of literature review,logical analysis and interviews with experts,the authors of this paper try to discuss how to introduce in and manage foreign players efficiently and reasonably,in order to bring a healthy and continuous development of CBA.Meanwhile,CBA's history of employing foreign players,its economic background,social and competitive background,the employment mode and the factors influencing the employment of foreign players have also been analyzed and studied.It is concluded that during the 13 match seasons,the employment of foreign players has been still in the stage of exploration and testing,while the efficiency of employing and the quality of foreign players have been improved.The great impact brought about to the military teams and the local young players by the mass introduction of foreign players has been obvious for CBA league matches,which should be paid attention to by relevant administrative departments and clubs.In order to strengthen and enlarge the influence of CBA in Asia and expand the selection range of foreign players,some qualified Asian players should be employed besides European and American players.It is important to keep a regulated,systematic and continuous system in the employment and management of foreign players for the development of CBA league matches. |
