| 摘 要： | 采用文献综述法和问卷调查法,分别对2000年悉尼奥运会志愿者参与动机的相关报道资料进行分析,对曾经参与过第21届世界大学生运动会志愿服务的223名大学生进行问卷调查。结果表明:大型运动会志愿者参与志愿服务的动机包括:志愿者的成就动机;归属需要;权力动机;自我检验、自我提高动机;娱乐、交往动机五个方面。大型运动会志愿者管理者注意了解志愿者参与志愿服务的动机;充分考虑志愿者的参与动机,分配能满足他们需要的服务项目。是充分利用志愿者资源,避免志愿者资源浪费的有效对策之一。

| Abstract: | By means of literature review and questionnaires,the authors of this paper have studied the relative reports and references of the participation motivation of the volunteers of Sydney 2000 Olympic games and investigated 223 volunteers who offered service in the 21st Summer Universiade Games.The results indicate that the volunteers' motivations in large-scale sport events include the following five aspects:achievement,need of affiliation,power,self-test,ego-enhancement and relaxation and communication.Therefore,one of the effective managing strategies for administers in large-scale sport events is to understand the motivations of volunteers taking part in their voluntary service,fully take into account their motivations and assign to them the kind of service items that can best satisfy their needs so as to make good use of the resource of volunteers and avoid its waste. |
