益气活血药抗运动疲劳的实验研究

摘    要:本实验采用三月龄小白鼠120只,以绞股蓝作对照,研究益气活血药对游泳时间、运动前后的血乳酸、睾酮、皮质醇的作用。结果表明:益气活血药小白鼠的游泳时间、运动前后的血乳酸、睾酮、皮质醇变化明显(P<0.01),具有显著差异性;中等剂量的益气活血药效果最佳;益气活血药抗运动性疲劳的机制可能是能加速乳酸的清除、增强实验小鼠的下丘脑—垂体—性腺轴和下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺轴功能,协调肾上腺系统和性腺系统,使之保持平衡。

Abstract:male mice of 3-month-old were grouped randomly .The blood lactic acid, testosterone, cortisol were measured before and after the ninety- loaded swimming through spectrophotometer and radioimmunoassay. Results: After the swimming, the amount of blood lactic acid, testosterone, cortisol increased highly (p<0.01).Reinforcing QI and activating blood traditional Chinese medicine had obvious anti- fatigue effect on swimming-loaded mice. The moderate dose for anti-fatigue was optimal. The mechanisms of such changes may be involved in activating the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis and hypothalamic-pituitary-gonad axis during the swimming.
