| 摘 要： | 快速而又准确的助跑上板起跳技能是我国跳远、三级跳远项目多年存在却一直没有很好解决的问题,因此,训练和培养运动员对步长、步频精细的本体感觉分辨与调节能力是远度跳跃项目专项技术训练的首要任务。实验中提出的"指定分辨踏板训练法"能有效地培养和形成练习者在快速助跑过程中对步长、步频的感知与调节能力,有助于解决我国长期以来远度跳跃项目中快速助跑起跳犯规和不能准确上板起跳的老问题。

| Abstract: | rapid,accurate approach and takeoff skills were the problem which had been not solved for many years in long jump,triple jump events.Therefore,it was the primary task to coach the athletes ability of distinguishing and adjusting the step length and rat of step in jump events training.The study proposed training method of designated distinguishing board,which could effectively foster athletes ability of perception and adjust of step length and rat,it could help solve the problem of foul and inaccurate takeoff in our country for a long time. |
