| 摘 要： | 本文通过问卷调查 ,文献资料较为系统地分析了我国高校体育教育专业体育保健学课程设置及教学体系的现状。从社会体育发展趋势的角度论述了体育保健学课程体系改革的必要性可行性 ,提出改革必须围绕培养目标进行 ,构建适合我国社会体育发展趋势的课程设置及教学体系。
