| 摘 要： | 借鉴诺尔斯成人自导式学习模式理论原则和传统培训模式的经验和局限,遵循可行性原则,本文提出普通高校体育教师继续教育中,集讲授、个别学习、协作学习于一体的网络应用模式,并与传统模式进行对比,探讨其特点和影响因素。

| Abstract: | By drawing experiences of the theories and principles of self-directed learning for adults and studying the limitations of the traditional training pattern,following the principles of feasibility,the authors of this article try to propose an applied network pattern which can integrate lectures,individual study and cooperative learning into one system for the continuing education of P.E.teachers in colleges and universities and compare it with the traditional pattern in order to find out its characteristics and influences. |
