| 摘 要： | 监控赛前训练过程,了解运动员的机能状态,评定训练效果,为合理安排训练、提高运动成绩提供理论依据.采用放射免疫等方法对优秀皮艇运动员在大负荷训练期间血睾酮、皮质醇等多项指标进行监测与分析.大负荷训练过程中,男、女子运动员血睾酮、皮质醇、血红蛋白、血尿素氮、尿蛋白等相关指标均发生了不同程度的变化,经过训练、适应,再训练、再适应的适度调整,运动员均能顺利完成本阶段大负荷训练任务,并时合理安排下一阶段训练,解决实战问题提供了保障.该阶段训练计划安排较为合理,但对机体的刺激深度不够,建议在下一训练周期适度增加负荷强度,注意加强最大有氧代谢能力的训练.
