| 摘 要： | 本文研究表明，篮球运动的对抗表现出综合性、激烈性、突变性、准确性的特点，现代篮球运动的对抗体现在体能、技战术、心理和智能等多种因素的综合对抗上，身体接触是各种对抗的最高形式，表现出来的规律性最复杂，是训练中要解决的主要问题。

| Abstract: | This study shows that the offense and defense confrontation in basketball represents the characteristics of all-roundedness,fierce, abruptness and accuracy and the confrontation of modern basketball involves factors of the power of body, technique and tactics,psychology and mentality. While body contact is the most important confrontation,its law is the most complex issue that needs to be dealt with in the training of basketball. |
