| 摘 要： | 采用综合性研究方法,针对奥运战略与全运战略、举国体制与运行机制、政府主导与市场主导、竞技因素与经济因素、竞赛环境与人文环境等问题进行了分析与论证。提出了全运战略服从奥运战略,改善举国体制及其运行机制并行,实现政府引导与市场主导双赢,执行竞技因素与经济因素并轨,强化竞赛环境与人文环境并重等观点,对于全运会的战略发展具有较好的参考与借鉴价值。

| Abstract: | By comprehensive research methods,the author has analyzed and expounded the issues of the strategies of Olympic Games and the National Sports Meet,the nation-wide sports system and its mechanism,the government-oriented and the market-oriented system,the athletic factors and the economic factors,and the competitive environment and the humanistic environment,etc.Consequently,it is suggested that the strategy of the National Sports Meet should be subordinate to the strategy of the Olympic Games,the nation-wide sports system and its mechanism should be improved,the government-oriented and the market-oriented system should be practiced together,the athletic factors and the economic factors should be led into the same track and the competitive environment and the humanistic environment should both be enforced.These suggestions have offered helpful references and values for the strategic development of the National Sports Meet. |
