| 摘 要： | 我国是一个多民族国家，各民族在历史的长河中，创造了灿烂的文化，而民族传统体育的产生是其传统文化的代表，渗透着民族历史发展的痕迹，它的发展也反映了各民族在自身的民族发展与壮大。本文就民族传统体育的历史演变过程及其特点进行分析，阐述了民族传统体育的基本内涵及所表达的美学价值，为民族传统体育的发展提供必要的参考。

| Abstract: | We are in a multinational country. In the long history, each nation has created its splendid culture; the production of the nation' s traditional sports is the symbol of its traditional culture. The traditional sports are soaked with the tracks of its historical development which reflects each nation' s development and growth. As a reference for the development of the nation' s traditional sports, the article not only analyses the features and the development process of the nation' s traditional sports , but also sets forth its basic intention and its aesthetic value. |
