| 摘 要： | 运用实地调查法、教学实验法、文献资料法、问卷调查法、个人访谈法及数理统计法等对西安市20所主要高校公共体育教学模式进行了研究,结果显示:俱乐部形式的双选项目模式有利于学生体育锻炼习惯及终身体育思想的形成,符合当前高校体育目标要求,是高校体育改革与发展的必然。并对公共体育教学模式的优劣进行了比较,论证改革实验的得失及存在的问题,总结成效、研究对策、提出建议。

| Abstract: | By means of field survey, teaching experiments, literature reviews, questionnaires, interviews with individuals and mathematical statistic findings,the authors of this paper have made a research on the teaching mode of public physical education of 20 universities in Xi'an. It is found that the Double Choosing Mode is good for the formation of physical exercise habit and the ideology of life-long sport for students and it is in accordance with the current teaching goals of the universities and the necessity of the reformation and development for physical education. A comparison of the different teaching modes of public physical education is made and their benefits and weaknesses and the existing problems of the reformation experiment are pointed out so that the results can be summarized and countermeasures can be proposed. |
