合作学习法在高一女生仰卧起坐练习中的应用研究

摘    要:采用合作练习法与一般常规练习法配组对比的教学实验设计,将合作学习的要素运用在高一女生的体育教学中,探讨其对学生之间互相合作、交往以及仰卧起坐练习的积极促进效果。研究结果显示,合作学习组在经过实验干预之后,仰卧起坐练习提高的幅度较对照组更大,两个组均数t检验达到了非常显著的差异水平。这表明按照合作学习方法要素安排的仰卧起坐练习效果好于一般常规的练习方法。

Abstract:By experimental teaching design of match group comparison between cooperative learning group and routine exercise group, this study brought the elements of cooperative learning in teaching of physical education for junior girl students of high school to explore influence of these elements on inner cooperation, exchange and boost to the sit-up exercising. The results showed that performance improving of sit-up after experiment in cooerative learning group were more high than that in routine exercising group, the T test of average between two groups was high significant, which indicated that arrangement of sit-up exercises according to elements of cooperative learning is better than methods of routine exercising.
