摘    要:分层教学能够体现因材施教、区别对待的教学原则,可以有效地提高学生的学习兴趣、发展特长和增强体育意识。通过实验法、问卷调查法和文献资料法等研究方法,对安徽工程科技学院参加篮球选项课的学生选项动机进行调查,然后按照调查和观察的结果进行合理的分层,并且向学生明确分层教学的目的,正确地引导学生认识分层教学的作用,消除学生不良的心理障碍。在教学过程中,教师应认真准备每一堂课的内容,对不同组别施以同样的时间、态度和关心,避免学生产生“不管我”和“吃偏食”的不良心理,对不同能力和水平的学生提出不同层次的要求,采用不同的练习方法。通过实践研究得出:实施分层教学有利于因材施教,调动学生的积极性;有利于教师更好地选择教学方法,有利于形成宽松、和谐、团结的教学氛围。
