| 摘 要： | 体育明星无形资产开发对于国家体育事业的发展具有巨大的推动作用。我国体育明星无形资产的开发处于起步阶段,关于体育明星无形资产的理论研究比较缺乏,相关法律法规不健全,开发的经营管理水平低,体育中介市场不完善,我国体育明星自身素质偏低。因此,为了提高我国体育明星无形资产的开发水平,应该加强对体育明星无形资产的理论研究,建立健全体育明星无形资产开发的相关法律法规,加强体育经营实体部门对体育明星无形资产的开发,重视体育中介机构建设和体育经纪人的培养,关注体育明星综合素质的提高,处理好体育明星个人与媒体、社会的关系。同时,要注意借鉴学习国外体育明星无形资产开发的成功经验。

| Abstract: | The exploration of sport stars' intangible asset is of great enhancement for the development of the national sports enterprise. As the exploration of the sport stars' intangible asset in China is still at the initial stage, the fundamental research on it is quite deficient; the relative laws and regulations are not perfect; the managing and operational level is rather low; the sports intermediary market is imperfect and the sport stars' individual quality is also poor. Therefore, in order to enhance the developing level of the sport stars' intangible asset, the fundamental research about sport stars' intangible asset should be strengthened, the relative laws and regulations in this area should be established and perfected, the sports business entities and departments should be encouraged to explore sport stars' intangible asset, the construction of sports intermediary agencies and the cultivation of sports managers should be paid special attention to, the comprehensive quality of sport stars should be improved, and the relationship between sport stars and the media, the society should be kept appropriately. At the same time, the successful experiences on the exploration of sport stars' intangible asset abroad should be consulted and made use of. |
