| 摘 要： | CUBA选秀夏令营不仅成为高校篮球教练员选择篮球新秀人才,为高校篮球队补充新生力量的重要渠道,而且也带动更多的中学生篮球运动员积极投身于篮球运动,有力地推动了中学篮球运动的发展。因此,研究和探索CUBA选秀夏令营运动员的现状,对构建一个“小学——中学——大学——职业队”的篮球人才培养体系具有一定的指导意义。本文主要运用文献资料法、数理统计法、访谈法和逻辑分析法等研究方法对第七、八两届CUBA选秀夏令营运动员的球龄、身体形态、身体素质、技、战术水平等情况进行分析研究,得出以下结果：CUBA选秀夏令营运动员遍布于全国近27个省、自治区、直辖市,普通中学已经成为CUBA后备人才的主要来源地!他们身体形态好,但球龄（运动年限）短、体重轻,身体素质较差,基本技、战术水平一般,还不能满足CUBA联赛发展的需要,而且男、女运动员人数发展不平衡。篮球人才培养和选拔体系不完善、学训矛盾突出、科学化训练程度不高、重视程度不够等因素是造成我国CUBA选秀夏令营运动员身体素质、基本技、战术不高的主要原因。但随着CUBA联赛的深入开展,其后备人才的身体条件在逐年改善,技、战术水平在逐步提高。

| Abstract: | The summer camp for CUBA Show has become not only an important channel for college basketball coaches to select excellent players and supplement new forces,but also a strong power for middle school basketball players to dedicate themselves to the game so as to promote the development of basketball game in middle schools.It seems very meaningful to investigate the current status of the summer camp players for CUBA Show,which may contributes to the set-up of a training system for basketball talents formed by a concept of "primary school-middle school-college-professional team".By means of literature review,statistics,interviews and logical analysis,the author has conducted a detailed analysis on the Seventh and Eighth summer camp players for CUBA Show of their age,length of service,body conditions,body qualities,level of skills and tactics,etc.The result shows that the source of the basketball players for CUBA Show is widely distributed in almost 27 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China and hence general middle schools have become one of the main sources of CUBA talent reserves.Although they all have good body conditions,their length of service is short,with relatively light body weight,poor physical qualities and average skills and tactics,which can not meet with the developing demands of CUBA.Besides,the proportion between male and female players is unbalanced.It is also noted the reasons for these problems might be due to the immature system of the cultivation and selection for basketball talents,the contradiction between learning and practicing,the lower level of scientific training and insufficient attention attached to it.Anyhow,with more CUBA league matches being held,the body conditions and the level of skills of the CUBA talent reserves will be improving progressively. |
