| 摘 要： | 运用主成分分析法、文献资料法、专家咨询法、问卷调查法对中国女排核心竞争力构成要素进行识别、筛选、分层,构建中国女排核心竞争力指标体系。结果:中国女排核心竞争力指标由4个一级指标、10个二级指标和37个三级指标构成;通过主成分分析法确定核心竞争力要素的权重值,并对里约奥运周期中国女排核心竞争力的各级指标进行分析,发现中国女排核心竞争力具有明显的动态性特征,随着时间的推移,其核心竞争力必然发生动态变化。建议:重视中国女排教练员执教技能等的核心竞争力的提高;培养"全能型、复合型"选手;加强中国女排后备各级梯队建设。

| Abstract: | Principal component analysis, literature review, expert interview, questionnaire and other methods are used to identify, screen and classify the core competitiveness elements of Chinese women’s volleyball team.The results show that the core competitiveness index of the Chinese women’s volleyball team is composed of four first-level indicators, 10 second-level indicators and 37 third-level indicators. With the help of principal component analysis, the weight value of the core competitiveness factors is determined, and the indexes of the core competitiveness of Chinese women’s volleyball team in Rio Olympic cycle are analyzed. It is found that the core competitiveness of Chinese women’s volleyball team has obvious dynamic characteristics. With the passage of time, its core competitiveness is bound to change dynamically. Suggestions: the core competitiveness of the coaching skills of the coaches of Chinese women’s volleyball team should be attached importance;"all-around, interdisciplinary"players athletes should be cultivated;the construction of women’s volleyball reserve teams at all levels should be put a high premium;and the advantages of the whole nation system should be given a full play. |
