| 摘 要： | 运用文献研究法和逻辑分析法等,对国外关于体育场馆社会影响的研究成果进行梳理与分析。国外的体育场馆社会影响研究内容可归纳为4个方面:单一体育场馆的社会影响评价研究、多个体育场馆的社会影响比较研究、体育场馆中举办的体育赛事的社会影响研究及体育场馆对城市发展的影响研究。总的来看,国外的体育场馆社会影响研究中采用的主要方法有以下3种:调查法、个案分析法和条件价值评估法。对中国的启示:1)体育场馆的社会影响评价应加强理论研究。2)加强大型体育场馆的社会影响评价的应用研究。3)加强对大型体育场馆周边社区居民的大数据信息的收集与挖掘。4)加强体育场馆功能的综合开发,加大体育场馆的公共体育服务力度。

| Abstract: | By using literature review and logic analysis methods, this paper examined the overseas research findings about the social impact of sports venue and concluded that the current foreign findings can be summed up into four aspects: the social impact assessment of individual sports venue, the comparative study of the social impacts of multiple sports venues, the social impact of sports events held in sports venues and the social impact of sports events on urban development. In general, there are three main methods used in the study of social impact of overseas sports venues, namely, investigation, case study and contingent valuation methods. Finally,there were several inspirations drawn as follows: to pay more attention to the theoretical exploration of social impact assessment research on sports venues, to strengthen the practical application, to enhance the collection and mining of big data information, and to strengthen the comprehensive development of the functions and the public sports services of sports venues. |
