| 摘 要： | 利用文献资料调查法、问卷法和数理统计法,并结合观看艺术体操世界
锦标赛个人全能比赛录像,对我国4省60名艺术体操运动员的运动伤病基本情况、
艺术体操评分规则发展与运动员伤痛相关关系以及运动员的三个部位关节的损伤
机理进行了分析和探讨,认为教练员缺乏科学训练方法,为应对国际体联艺术体操
评分规则增加难度价值而急于求成,加大训练负荷,造成运动员的运动伤痛时有发
生。针对以上提出三项建议,包括增强教练员素质;实行科学化运动训练;重视基
础训练,加强医务监督,建立训练一科研一体化体系。

| Abstract: | By means of literature review,questionnaire, mathematical statistics as well as watching the videotapes of the individual all-round competition in the world championship , the authors of this article have studied and analyzed the basic situation of the athletic injury of 60 gymnasts from 4 provinces of China, the relationship between the development of Code of Points RG and the injuries of gymnasts,and the injury mechanism of the three major sections of joints of the gymnasts. It is concluded that the coaches are lack of scientific training methods and have increased the training load to copy with the added difficulty value specified by FIG Code of Points RG.thus caused the frequent occurrence of the athletic injuries of gymnasts. Consequently, the authors put forward the following three suggestions:to improve the standard of coaches;to carry out scientific sports training; to pay great attention to basic training and strengthen the medical supervision of athletes and to set up an integrated system of training and scientific research. |
