| 摘 要： | 社会转型期体育利益逐渐分化并由此引发一系列体育利益矛盾,造成体育利益分配不公,要建立合理的体育利益公平路径,必须坚持三步走的战略方针,短期目标:政府应进一步加大对体育的投入力度,扶持体育利益弱势群体,实现体育利益部分公平;中期目标:通过体育体制改革、加快体育市场化来实现体育利益相对公平;最终目标:建立体育利益制衡机制,通过利益制衡,实现体育利益公平。
