| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法,问卷调查法、访谈法对我国社会体育专业人才培养现状及社会对社会体育人才需求等进行分析,认为从全国范围来看,社会体育专业人才培养模式还存在与社会需求不相适应的问题,人才培养的针对性不强.因此,应以体育职业社会需求和就业导向,根据市场需求和学校类型科学定位人才培养模式,结合完全学分制进行多层次课程体系设置,调整课程设置内容和时间安排,培养学生热爱专业和严谨治学的精神,从增强学生学习和就业信心角度建立科学的多元评价体系,从而提高社会体育专业人才培养的针对性和有效性.

| Abstract: | By means of literature review,questionnaire and interviews,the authors have analyzed the current status of the cultivation of social sports talents in China and the social demand for social sports talents.It is believed that judging from the nationwide situation,there exists the problem that the training mode of social sports talents is incompatible with the social needs and the direction of the training is not well-oriented.Therefore,it is suggested that the training mode should be directed by the social demands of the sports career and the employment market and positioned scientifically according to the market demand and different school types;in combination with a complete credit system,the school curriculum design should be of multiplelevel system,the curriculum contents and schedules should be adjusted,students' enthusiasm for their major and the approach of rigorous learning should be encouraged,and a multi-system of scientific evaluation should be established from the aspects of enhancing students' learning and employment confidence,so as to improve the orientation and effectiveness of the training mode for the talents in social sports major. |
