| 摘 要： | 要发展青少年篮球运动,提高青少年篮球运动水平,扩大篮球后备人才的数量,关键在于教练员,教练员的职责与素质直接影响着篮球后备人才的发展,影响着我国篮球运动未来的发展。本文从当前的形势需要出发,对青少年教练员应具备的职责与素质进行了阐述,旨在为我国建立优秀的青少年篮球教练员队伍提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | High quality coaches are the key element for developing adolescent basketball game, improving adolescent basketball skills and increasing the number of basketball reserve forces because their responsibility and quality will directly influence both the development of basketball reserve forces and the future of national basketball game. Considering the needs of present conditions in the field, this paper illustrates the necessary professional responsibility and quality that basketball coaches should have so as to establish a team of excellent basketball coaches for adolescents. |
