| Abstract: | This paper carries a discussion on the necessity, significance and basic strategies of advancing mass sports in China by enhancing the traditional national physical culture and proposes a few developing strategies which are based on physical education in schools and social sports with the group of the aged as a start,and emphasizing on government's guidance and the development of social sports activities equally. |
