| 摘 要： | 本文运用管理学、体育心理学、体育社会学、运筹学、模糊数学等方法,对我国体育体制及体育管理人员,科研人员,教练员,运动员的现状进行了分析、调查、研究,找出了影响我国体育人力资源匮乏的主要因素,并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | With the help of the disciplines in management, physical psychology, physical sociology, operational research and obscure mathematics, this paper has investigated and analyzed the sport Organization system and the current conditions of administrative staff, researchers, coaches and athletes in this area and discovered some major factors that may constrain the manpower resource for the national sports, therefore, put forward some countermeasures in this paper. |
