| 摘 要： | 体育运动是人类社会发展的产物，其自身的社人职能与政治职能需要不断调整以适应社会和时代的变化。因此，社会与体育、政治与体具有密切的关系。而现代体育运动的政治意义与社会影响愈加深刻，这为当今发展中的中国进一步提出了改变现有体育机制的客观要求。
