我国普通高等院校体育保健课教学现状及思考

摘    要:为了为我国高校体育保健课教学改革提供建议,应用文献研究法,对我国7个省市地区175所高校体育保健课的开展情况进行综合分析.通过综述分析发现,目前我国普通高校体育保健课开设中,对体育保健课教学思想上重视程度不够;对体育保健课教学目标认识不足;部分高校体育保健课教学文件不完整,教学内容及教学组织形式单一存在的问题;体育保健课教学师资力量不足;体育保健课教学评价缺乏规范等.最后得出结论:结合国家关于体育保健课教学相关文件及当代大学生自身特点,制定出能真正体现体育保健课授课意义和目的教学内容、教学手段及教学评价体系,使体育保健课教学在高等院校中发挥应有的作用.

Abstract:In order to offer opinions for the teaching reforms of PE health-care curriculum in general colleges and universities in China,the authors of this paper have studied and analyzed comprehensively the status of the curriculum development of PE health-care in 175 colleges and universities from 7 provinces and areas in China by means of literature review.The results show that there exist a number of problems in the curriculum development of PE health-care in China which include insignificant attention of PE health-care curriculum from the teaching ideology,insufficient recognition of its teaching objectives,incomplete teaching profiles of the course by some colleges and universities,problems of unitary teaching contents and teaching organization,insufficient teaching resource for the course and lack of regulations in its teaching evaluation system.It is concluded that a complete curriculum system which incorporates teaching contents,teaching methods and a teaching evaluation system that can indicate the true meaning and objectives of PE health-care curriculum should be established in accordance with the government policies and relevant documents and the characteristics of modern undergraduates,so that PE healthcare teaching can play its role in the college education.
