| 摘 要： | 调查发现,北京普通高校田径教学课正面临困境,主要原因是传统的教学模式使教学枯燥单调,使学生产生厌学情绪;并且学生对田径运动的健身价值认识不足。通过论述分析,提出相应的发展对策,使田径运动充分发挥其健身的作用。

| Abstract: | Investigations indicate that the field and track training classes are faced with a difficult situation. The major reason is that traditional teaching modal seems dull, lack of variety and makes students lose interests in the classes. Besides, students fail to recognize the full value of field and track sports. After theoretical analysis the authors hereby offer a number of measurements to strengthen the teaching of the course, so as to make field and track sports play a full role in health keeping. |
