| 摘 要： | 为了普通高校在新的历史时期更好地开展民族传统体育，运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等研究方法，对天津市普通高校民族传统体育开展现状进行调研，并针对调研结果提出相应发展对策：应从把在高校开展民族传统体育作为保护和发展中华民族文化瑰宝的战略高度来认识，提高对民族传统体育的重视程度；增加体育课中民族传统体育的教学内容，优化课程设置；加强在职民族传统体育教师技术和理论培训，提高其学历层次，全面提高民族传统体育师资水平；创编适用于普通高校的民族传统体育教材，突出民族性、知识性；充分利用课外活动时间开展民族传统体育活动，让课内的民族传统体育在课外活动中得到延伸和发展。
