| 摘 要： | 中国传统文化是以整体综合的思维方式来看待客观世界的。这一整体性思维的特征对包括中国传统武术 在内的所有文化子系统都发生了深刻的影响。"内外兼修"是这一整体性思维在武术实践中的反映,是全面实现武 术技术、养生、修性等多方面功能的方法。以追求身体与心理、人与自然、技术与道德的整体和谐统一。"内外兼修" 贯穿于武术整个技术理论体系及体现于武术竞技意识上的超越与礼让,造就了武术特殊的练功方法和美,构成了 武术发展的根基。

| Abstract: | The view point of Chinese traditional culture regards the world as a whole. The characteristics of this view point affect all the sub-systems of culture including Chinese martial arts. Therefore the combination of the inner and outer qualities of Wushu has reflected such traditional view points in Wushu practice and provided ways for a complete realization of various aspects of Wushu. such as martial skills, maintenance of health and self-cultivation so as to seek the wholeness and harmony between body and mind ,men and nature, skills and morality. The combination of the inner and outer qualities of Wushu penetrates through the whole of Wushu system, represents surmount and courtesy on the competitive spirit of Wushu,forms a special method of practice and beauty in Wushu,and constitutes the basis for the development of Wushu. In the time of a globalized world today,it will certainly play a more important role. |
