| 摘 要： | 观察通络柔膝手法配合利膝健步汤外洗对于肝肾不足、筋脉瘀滞型膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效并探讨其作用机理。方法：对膝关节骨关节炎患者60例随机分成治疗组和对照组进行治疗，治疗组运用通络柔膝手法配合利膝健步汤外洗综合治疗，对照组采用目前治疗膝关节骨性关节炎常用药物——氨糖美辛治疗。结果表明：两组之间存在显著性差异。讨论与结论：根据两组治疗前后结果的统计分析，对膝关节骨关节炎的病因病机、综合疗法的作用机理进行了探讨，认为膝关节骨关节炎乃本痿标痹之证，肝肾不足为本，瘀滞经脉为标，该综合疗法能有效的治疗膝关节骨关节炎。

| Abstract: | Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of Tongluorouxi manipulation matched with Lixijianbu herb washing to deal with knee Osteoarthritis and to probe into their mechanism. Methods : 60 cases of Knee Osteoarthritis were treated and observed in the out-patient clinic of orthopedics. The treated group was taken care of by Tongluorouxi manipulation matched with Lixijianbu herb washing,while the contrast group was treated with Glucosamine indometacin Results:The results showed a total effective rate of 86. 7% in the treated group in comparison with that of 66. 7% for the contrast group on the assessment of ISOA,P< 0. 05;a total effective rate of 96. 4% in the treated group in comparison with that of 56. 7% on the score of syndrome,P<0, 01. Definitely,there existed significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion: After an analysis of the results the pathology of Knee Osteoarthritis and the mechanism of the integrated therapeutics were studied and it is concluded that the mechanism of Knee Osteoarthritis is flaccidity of base and arthralgia of superficies,and that deficiency of liver and kidney is the root cause,followed by blockade of meridians. In dealing with Knee Osteoarthritis,the integrated therapeutics is highly effective,safe and free of side effects. |
