| 摘 要： | 本文通过对体育运动中诸多美学现象和规律的探讨，对体育运动中的美学成分和概念做了一般性的界定，同时从不同角度提出了如何培养体育审美意识的建议，以便使得参与体育运动的人们能从中得到更多乐趣，也使一些疏忽体育文化的人能真正领会体育的美学价值所在。

| Abstract: | Through a discussion of the phenomena and rule of aesthetics in sports, the author has generalized and defined some of the aesthetic elements and concepts in sports and proposed suggestions as to how to nurture aesthetic consciousness from various aspects so as to help those taking part in sports to better enjoy their exercises and those who neglect sports culture to find the true aesthetic values in sports. |
