| 摘 要： | 运用新制度经济学供给需求分析方法,对中国运动员社会保障制度变迁进行实证分析.结果表明:我国初步建立了与市场经济体制和竞技体育"举国体制"相适应的运动员社会保障制度目标框架;优秀运动员的收入水平、家庭住址和风险意识是影响社会保障制度需求的显著因素.在运动员社会保障制度建设的关键时期,建议通过完善制度设计,解决历史遗留问题,发展补充社会保险,实施积极的就业政策,建设法律保障体系,进一步完善制度体系,实现运动员社会保障制度的供求均衡,规避运动员人力资本投资风险.
