世界优秀中长跑运动员训练负荷控制特征的研究

摘    要:运用文献资料法、特征解析法和数理统计等方法,对世界优秀中长跑运动员的多年训练、年度训练和小周期训练过程的运动负荷控制特征进行研究。研究揭示:全面性和方向性是基础训练阶段负荷控制的基本特征。专项提高阶段的负荷控制特征一般是在逐年大幅度增加专项负荷量基础上突出增大专项负荷强度,而高级专项阶段的负荷控制特征则是以符合个体特征的大强度训练为核心的。研究还进一步表明。决定800米跑和1500跑成绩的最关键的速度因素是400米成绩,而且中外优秀运动员在专项速度方面存在的差距要大于速度耐力的差距。

Abstract:By methods of literature reviews, characteristic analysis and statistics, the author tries to make a study on the characteristics of training load control of elite athletes of long and middle distance running in their long-term training,annual training and short periodic training. The study has shown that versatility and orientation are the basic characteristics of load control during the fundamental training stage, the characteristic of load control for special-item improving stage is to increase outstandingly load intensity of special items based on increasing year after year the load quantity of special-item,while the characteristic of load control during the advanced special-item training stage is centered around high intensity training in accordance with individual needs. The research also reveals that performance of 400 meter's race is the key factor that determines the performance of 800 meter's and 1500 meter's race,and that the gap in special-item speed between elite Chinese athletes and foreign athletes is more obvious than the gap in speed endurance.
